Production Timelines

• Pantini Collection: 48 hours from order to shipment

• Complex Garments (kimonos, pants): 7-10 days production time

• Custom/Private Orders: May require waitlist placement before production begins

• B2B Orders: Timeline discussed during onboarding consultation

International Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate international shipping to our primary markets:

• USA, Russia, Africa, UAE: €30 flat shipping fee (Orders over €300 are granted complimentary shipping)

• European Union: Rates calculated at checkout

• Other International: Contact for custom quote

Shipping Methods & Delivery

• All shipments include tracking information

• Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7-14 business days)

• Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient

• Signature confirmation required for orders over €200

Order Processing

• Orders placed Monday-Friday are processed within 1-2 business days

• Weekend orders are processed the following Monday

• Custom orders begin production after 50% deposit confirmation
