THE PROCESS

Sample Room We want to ensure that your design is perfect. Our sampling team is fully equipped to complete your design before the production stage. For batch orders under 100 pieces, our team examines your sketch and does pattern design, fabric cutting, sewing, ironing, and a QC inspection. Bulk orders larger than 100 pcs will be completed in our factory.

TECK PACK CREATION

Design Sketches Based on your idea we will design professional sketches.
Fabric Sample Cards Create sample cards of assorted fabrics according to your design reference.
Mock-Up Prototype A demi-sized protype of the actual design.
Sizing A size research analysis and evaluation is conducted of brands with similar styles to yours based on your ta get market. A size chart will be adapted as appropriate.
Shipping and ConfirmationWe will mail the tech pack to you. You may review and confirm the fabric choice and design details upon receipt the tech pack.

SAMPLE CREATION

MOQ 1
Create Mock-Up We create the 2nd sample based on any adjustments from sample #1.
Final Sample We will use the actual fabric choice for the design to then. This will be sent to you for your final approval.
Product Sample Creation Here you will be required to deposit 30% towards your bulk production order costs. A product sample will be created and mailed to you.

Signature of confirmation form
A pre-production confirmation form must be signed with all sampling details to confirm before launching the production phase. This includes the 30% deposit before production.
Recording Process The production process will be filmed at all levels.1st
QC Report A quality control check will be performed at 50% of production completion stage.2nd
QC Report A second quality control will be done at completion of production.
Balance of the payment 70% of the balance must be paid before shipping.
Shipping The proper shipping method will be used to ship your product.
