Access Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (includes setup/breakdown) Purpose & Use

Retail sale/exhibition of original designer or artist products

No subletting, food/beverage sales, or hazardous materials

Fees & Payment

Rental Fee: €[amount] + 20% VAT

Deposit: €200 refundable security deposit

Add-ons: €50/day for storage, signage, cleaning (if applicable)

Payment Terms: 50% due at booking (non-refundable unless rebooked); balance due 7 days before start

Cancellation Policy

30 days before start: Full refund minus €50 admin fee

15–30 days: 50% refund

<15 days: No refund unless rebooke

Setup & Breakdown

Setup: 9:00–10:00 AM on first day

Breakdown: 6:00–7:00 PM on last day

Space must be left clean and tidy Owner Presence

Owner (Dutchess) will be present on-site throughout the rental for support and collaboration Conduct & Liability

Respectful, professional use of space

No loud music without consent

Renter responsible for damages; deposit refunded within 7 days if no issues

HODO not liable for loss/theft of renter’s goods; renter must insure inventory Promotion & Photography

HODO may use event photos/videos for marketing; renter consents to such use  Insurance

Renter responsible for insuring own goods and liability  Governing Law

Agreement governed by French law APPROVAL: Your application will be reviewed after you submit. You will receive a response via email within a maximum of 72 hours.

Who can apply?

The HODO Pop-Up Showroom is open to emerging designers, artisans, and artists who share our vision of soul-centered craftsmanship and sun-drenched elegance.

What can I sell?

We welcome luxury resort wear, conscious lifestyle accessories, artisanal jewelry, and curated home decor pieces that resonate with our conscious luxury aesthetic.

What support is available?

HODO offers more than physical space. Duchess remains on-site to provide creative guidance, operational support, and collaboration to ensure your Pop-Up is a success.

How does payment and cancellation work?

A 50% deposit secures your residency dates. Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to move-in receive a full deposit refund; otherwise, the deposit is held to secure the spot.

Is insurance required?

Optional. For the protection of your vision and our heritage sanctuary, valid temporary commercial liability insurance is advised for all residency terms. House of Dutchess Originals will not be held liable for any materials or merchandise on display by the showroom occupant.
